TWO PUERTO RICAN GOALKEEPERS INVITED TO PRFC TRAINING CAMP

Feb 8, 2017

San Juan, Puerto Rico- Marcos Andrés Rivera from Bayamón FC and Jacob Wlodinguer from Metropolitan FA will have a shot to impress the PRFC coaching staff this preseason. Both Puerto Rican goalkeepers are two of the best young prospects on the Island at their positions.

“It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity that we have to take full advantage of. Training with PRFC lets us know how much we have to work on to reach this level” Said Rivera who at 18 years old is also the goalkeeper for Interamerican University.

Wlodinguer is only 17 years old and agrees with Rivera about this being an opportunity that gets them closer to achieving their dreams, and added “It’s an honor training with such great players and being invited to experience a professional football environment”.

Metropolitan FA defeated Bayamón FC in the Puerto Rico Soccer League final this past December.
